ME: no madam. i passed in first class with distinction.

ME: i told in detail to her abt my dad's job.

Me: ( i got a reject from TAMU college station when i was about to say that, suddenly i changed my answer) Sir, I dint consider ranking as a factor.. I applied based on the research facilities of the univs..and i selected Iowa coz i liked the research of Dr. Matthew Frank
VO: what is the 1st rank univ for ur programme: wisconsin madison (actually it is 10th ranking univ ,i said just like tat i dont want to take time thinking that)(actually he dint checked my i 20 so he doesn't know that i have got a scholarship)

Me: sir, they interviewed me thro telephone and offered me this .

me: microelectronics vlsi.
VO: what is VLSI ?
me: very large scale integration. a huge functionaliy is compacted into a small chip.
VO: that's chip design you are working in.
me: yes madam. that's right
VO: Looking at my previous VISA B1. you already have a VISA stamped.
me: yes madam, that's right.(she turned the pages of PP and to take a look at the stamp)
VO: focussed at comp for long time. typing something.
me: i have got research assistantship. (VO didn't reply)
VO: What is your area of specialization?
me: to pursue phd in computer engineering..(i didn't hear properly..)
VO: i said What is your area of specialization in your masters?
me: microelectronics.
VO: at this time i need some more information from you. this you must have done last year. so you have to undergo the same process.
me: ok madam.
VO: your date of joining is mid august so it should't be a problem
me: ok madam.
me: this was issued last time for my B1. why is it required again ?
VO: yes but we need to do it again. i cannot avoid.
me: i have another question. can it be done early as this is F1.

me: jst abt to start.(my dad works at..) did not finish....my sentance...

but be careful with anther VO...(he is tall 6 feet ...black....half bald head...)he was rejecting many....infact he has rejected a good profiled student(GRE:1510)....I thought that guy tld decent responces....but that idiot VO gave reason as "am not sure whether u ll return to India".....that student had few family friends and few sr's ....at the univ he is going.(am nt sure abt his univ).
